Six Pieces Of Silver was the album that brought Horace Silver and his tasteful piano playing into the jazz spotlight back in "Cool Eyes" the reflective ballad "Shirl" and "Senor Blues" (3 different versions presnted on here) being the standout tracks on this great (and judging by the lack of reviews on this site; underheard) album/5(6).
